- Russian Map Improvement. Started adding more cities and towns to the map. Right now only part of Western Russia is ready, but I will finish this improvement soon.

- World news events related to the Second Transnistrian War have been added.

- The problem with wars by decisions has been solved. Now the AI brings troops ONLY to the countries with which it will fight, it is not leaving the front empty anymore.

- Industrial and Electronics research trees have been nerfed a little more.

- Other minor changes. (Chemezov returned from vacation, New Event for Komi, Possibility of Vladislav Pozdnyakov's appearance in St. Petersburg)

- Fixed a bug that prevented the final focus of Rogozin's space branch from being taken.

- The country selection map has been changed. Non-playable countries are closed and the indicator for the last updated country is set.

- Wars by decisions for Central Siberia and the Far East. Countries are still declaring wars with focuses, but now there you won't have a situation in which some countries cannot start a war with each other because of code errors.

- Fixed locations and names of cities in Western Russia. Now they match reality. Their value of game points has also been fixed.

- Shared Focuses on Nuclear Development and the War with the American Mandate (Only Komi Has Those, For Now) now have their own effects and a focus icon.

- Two new regional unification events for Komi.

- Balance changes.

- English Localisation For Komi Has Been Added. It's not ideal right now (I had 3 hours to translate 15000+ words, sorry), but I will improve it later.

- Balance Changes: Bonuses from Industrial Research and Electronics Research are weaker now.

- Missed In The Previous Patch List: Now The National Spirit List has two rows instead of one.

- Loading screens are darker now.

ENGLISH LOCALISATION FOR KOMI IS NOT AVAILABLE YET, I AM SORRY, I WILL FIX THIS SOON.
- THE CONTENT FOR KOMI IS READY!
70+ events (No Graphomania), 20+ national spirits, 100+ focuses, 3 and a half mechanics for Rogozin, new research, new units, a bunch of generals, traits for generals. All with names, descriptions, effects, beautiful icons and the like.
Have you ever dreamed of hanging the banner of National Bolshevism on the International Space Station? No? At least now you have the opportunity to do it!


In fact, at the development stage, this path was a kind of benchmark for me. I decided to put in my best effort and crammed everything I could into it. I wrote a bunch of events and even stuffed sounds into some of them, made a bunch of beautiful icons, gave unique units and technologies, and inserted about a hundred focuses. (Maybe a lot more, I do not know, I am already tired of counting them.)

In general, comrades, I need to understand whether you liked this content or not. If you are satisfied with such content, then I will move on to the next Warlord (most likely Chita), and it will become a little easier for me to continue developing(Since the foundation is ready, the style is formed, and I will have a high-quality example to build on)

At the moment, only the Rogozin path is ready, but I decided not to release all the Komi paths at once. Firstly, I still have a lot of frankly raw countries, and it is much more logical to develop them and fill the map with a large number of playable warlords. Secondly, it's easier to wait a few weeks for one well-developed warlord than to wait for months before a bunch of content is dumped on you at one time.

- I am gradually switching to the system of war through decisions, not through focuses. New timed decisions have been added. After their expiration wars begin.

Initially, I wanted to make a system in which the wars of the expansion of countries would take place every "round", and one country could choose one neighbor to fight (For example, Valaam fighting Komi, Omsk fighting Altai, Or Novgorod fighting Kirov), which would make each game more unique, but a year and a half ago, when I just started developing this mod, I simply didn't understand how best to implement it. And while I'm still thinking about implementation, we're switching from focus wars to solution wars.

- There seemed to be some other changes, but I don't remember what they were, honestly.

If nothing changes, then soon I will release one or a couple of patches that will fix/improve/add content for Komi, transfer all wars from focus wars to decision wars, and significantly change the balance. (The fact that the Warlords in 2028 have 778 thousand rifles in their warehouses, is not normal, Just keeping you informed.)

- Added hundreds of new generals!
Now every single country has their own unique generals!
(I don't remember the exact number, but there is something around 500 generals in the mod now, maybe more.)

- Fixed AI being dumb.
AI had a serious problem with technologies, buildings and etc. Basically, it did random things or did nothing at all.
(Leaving some research tabs empty and researching nothing with it, for example.)
Now, that is fixed and AI would be smarter from now on!

- Added unique technology tabs for every single ideology type!
Now there is a new research tab for every single ideology! (And each tab has cool header icon and background!)
Right now it's not really useful as I didn't have the time to think through the new technologies, but i will deal with it later.

- Improved the looks of technology screen. New icons for tabs, new backgrounds, backgrounds are much more transparent now.

- And yeah, right now I am working on improving my portrait making skills, so I changed the initial portrait for Novgorod. For now. Just because I can.

- Content for Komi is not yet ready, but at least, you can see the progress.

- Fixed some important map issues that caused crashing. Mod should be much more stable now. I hope.
(If it worked, and mod is more stable, please tell me, so I could rest easy. If not, tell me too, so I could try continue my bugfixing journey.)

- Added new technologies. Some for Infantry Tab. A LOT for Units Tab. One for Tanks and Air Tabs. Iron/Tungsten Smeltery Improvement research tree for Industry and three new research trees for engineering tab.

- Industrial Center building now gives +10% of local factories.

- Added Napalm, Chemical and Bioweapon attack abilities. Initially they unlocked when you researched the corresponsive tech in engineering technology tab, but it didn't work as expected, so these techs are kinda useless for now. To unlock the abilities you just need to give a corresponsive trait to your general. Napalm Expert for napalm attack and etc.
And yeah, about the traits.

- Officer Traits are back in the game. Initially, general traits crashed the mod, so I got rid of them and decided to rework them, improve them, add even more. Right now I don't have the time for that, but leaving traits in their current state was a bad idea. So, I fixed the traits. Now they work and don't crash the game.

- Medals are back in the game. I fixed officer traits and decided to fix medals too. Also, now their cost is lower than in vanilla hoi4. 30 => 15

- Officer Corps spirits too. Both Army Command and Air Force Command.

Now that the basic functions of Hoi4, which I broke with magnificent coding skills, are working again, I'm going back to developing new content.
Now I understand that choosing a country with literally the largest number of paths in the mod for the first update with in-depth development and a wide focus tree was not the smartest idea, but it's too late.
But the content turns out to be extremely interesting, and there is not so much left to do. The most difficult part for me is the focus icons, (For this update I need to make several hundred of them) and I have already done half of them.
Just wait. If nothing bad happens, update for Komi should be released in December.

- Andreriy Rublin was removed from the game.

- Nothing happened in Krasnoyarsk. Potanin's portrait is the same as always.

- Nothing happened in Novosibirsk. Superevents of Novosibirsk are the same as always.

(It's definitely not a teaser for the next content update after Komi)
