Version 1.01

Notes:
-The sniper will have a harder time shooting a person when they are in a vehicle. You must be going at least 10 mph for this to work. The faster you go, the less the chance. Once you hit 60 mph, there is less than a 1% chance that you are capable of being hit.
-Rewrote the entire code to make it a bit more neat for me.
