This is actually older than Braven's mod. Honestly? Braven's lazy. They prolly stole this, changed a bit of code, and said "This is my mod."

I am subbing this, because original mod deserves attention.

Nothing stops the sniper. But statistically speaking, it will be rare for him to shoot you twice within a day.

Armor doesn't effect how much damage the bullet does. I would like to apologize for this logical error but this is an older project of mine and I have stopped updating it.

Question too, do armor affect the bullet? like some helmets have a chance of not getting damage on the head, like the game, or it is just automatically damage, cuz yknow some clothes have bullet damage protection

Yes, the sniper can hit you in the head and neck. The sniper is capable of hitting any part of the body. No hit is an insta-kill but may cause a lot of damage.

@TOPDOG that's a super good sniper, that's a son of that one guy who (allegedly) shot Kennedy.

I very much like the concept, might be a blast if it was configgable. Maybe certain days there's a zombie culling and you can get caught up in it if you're not careful.

Maybe include options like the ability for the sniper to headshot or in this case, NOT LETTING THEM SHOOT YOU IN A MOVING CAR!!?!?!?!??!!?

Also maybe the sniper should target glass or damage said car if you hide in them?

not sure if it will work, but heres what im thinking of: if there is more than 5 trees in15 tiles proximity of a player, he will be considered concealed. this might be useful to add the hiding ability in the forest, while not utilizing the buggy and annoying forage zone mechanic

I would like to say, it would be nice if one change would be the target if your in a vehicle. Instead of the Sniper shooting you, have them aim for your Engine or Tires. This makes conceptual sense, as they'd want to damage your wheels to make it harder for you to move around, and easier for them to shoot you (Say: Aim at Enginer for 5%-25% or aim at tires for the same, and if they hit 0% they pop). This way a car can act as armor for you.

In addition, Bullet Proof Vests and Helmets would be nice to block a single shot. But I dunno how easy these changes would be to add.

Btw if you do let your wound bleed out, you can die in 1 shot. Just tend to the wound and you'll live.

While most of the time irl a shot to the head would warrant death, I didnt want my mod to be world-ending but rather a challenge for players. Getting shot in the head will cause your character to bleed a lot and take damage, just like getting shot anywhere else would. Unless you are already low hp, you wont be killed by 1 shot.

As of now the sniper will shoot with equal chance in all areas. I plan to change this soon though.
