Pre - Reprisal - PART 2 - Patch

Fixed Keffyeh snapping (turns out I DIDN'T), added an gun (made by vex), and I probably fixed some more things.

Reprisal - PART 1
SECURITY:
Added the Mayflower Research and Consulting Assault Plate Carrier Gen. 2 and Spiritus Systems Micro Chest Rig Mk. 4.
New Yates 556 Retention Lanyard variants for the belts.
2 new MICH TC-2000 variants.
Reworked FN SCAR-Ls, now they look like SCARs.
2 new security variants.
INSURGENTS:
3 new SA-58 variants.
The Baikal MP-133 is now available for usage.
3 new insurgent variants (made by vex).
3 Keffyehs and 4 Shemaghs have been added (made by vex).
2 new AK-74N variants and a scoped variant for the bolt-action rifle have been made.
The SSh-68, PASGT and M56/76 have been added (made by vex).
