Fixed BlowTorch values in the recipes script to a maximum of 10, which is the maximum that a torch can use in the game. Thanks to "toomanynights" for the comment!

Added Ukranian translation, thanks to "Pancake the killer" for the work!

The character standed up inside the car while aiming (RMB) with window opened.

That has been solved, though there will always be weird stuff about characters showing inside vehicles until PZ has a native stuff for that.

Fixed that windshieds armors Items didn't have a translation to any language.

Also added Russian translation, thanks to Bonk for the work!
