Changes:

-Fusions and Dissolutions now cost grimoires.

Add many new effects to instability.

Minors UI improvements

-Button CTA doesn't appear anymore on enemy general or allied agent.

-Resulting units are now highlighted few seconds to help the player to follow evolution of his units.
