[UPDATE 2]: "THE INERTIAL UPDATE"

Introducing the Inertial engine part as the first step towards making the mod more self contained, as an additional treat it comes with the benefit of streamlining spacecraft construction and leading to the concept of the inertial candle.

The Tern: A new spacecraft option for budget adjusted colonies, not the best crew shuttle but can move stuff in a pinch.

STOLRS: The first derivate of the tank turret for those who don't want them and just want the firepower with a side of spacecraft. It can't beat the TraSSTraH's real performance 1:1 but trades off the mobility for cost and quick 2-shot bursts.

Inertial Candle: A Biotech apparatus designed to deal with extreme amounts of wastepacks, it isn't all perfect as this thing will overheat rooms and explode violently if damaged. Inertial engines aren't children's play.

More ammo options: The STOLRS wouldn't feel complete without the other vanilla options converted to the system, 'cept foam, no particular reason ahaa.

[1.5 PLACEHOLDER UPDATE]: Really sorry about the lack of response, here's a compatibility patch so the currently available content works as intended. Lemme know if there's any issues, CE patch attempts have been a failure so far with this mod :/

[UPDATE 1]: The "Accountability Update"

-Introducing the Kestrel spacecraft:
Not so small to what I envisioned. Requies the new "Rudimentary Inertial Propulsion" research. This vehicle might be too OP to be honest, recipe will be modified in the future, hopefully. An additional turret will be available in the future as an upgrade when the time comes.

-Ammo is now required to operate the TraSSTraH's guns:
This is meant to slightly balance the overpowered feeling I've had with the vehicle while easing up the need of carrying extreme amounts of steel everywhere and having to share it between the main and secondary guns (and make the TAAGS less costly to use overall). This update also enables the basic non-scenario TraSSTraH to use shells with similar performance to the special one at the cost of additional research. This is also an attempted stepping stone to implement a CE patch.
