Version 4
Added many new rooms
Added 2 new shelters
Made the outskirts-shoreline path slightly longer
Made the Shoreline entrance point lead to Waterfront Facility if playing as Spearmaster or Artificer
Revamped some rooms
Made the jump in TO_SUEP actually possible without being Artificer or using complicated movement tech
Next up: Ventilation Complex, and the Incinerator
