I think its because you put [REPLACE_1] instead of [REPLACE] in the modify file

the merge code for the gate to waterfront facility is broken

Since the connection dissappears for spearmaster and artificer, so yeah to waterfront

Okay ive been keeping to play the mod and apparently sometimes the pipe that connects TO_SLEP and the gate to shoreline disappears. Also im not entirely sure but i think that this region breaks Waterfront Facility.

I have a lot of mods installed so maybe it can be something about that, but when I play and get to were it´s supposed to be te exit to waterfront, I do not find anything, like if I could only enter from outskirts, idk if anyone else is having the same? But at least that is my case

I hope you keep working on it, it has tons of potential! If I had some feedback to give, it would be nice if the region was longer since a shortcut from Outskirts to Shoreline would be quite a distance to cover ^^
