CHANGES:
- updated the mod to now work with the new watcher update!
- Outspectors now have randomized neck lengths, like originally intended, this includes different neck lengths being possible on the same outspector

please let me know if there are any incompatibilities or bugs!

(hopefully) fixed the bug where outspectors would strand in corners or dens

updated some of the code so that the mod now works with the latest Rain World patch, alongside that, Outspectors now have a chance to spawn as bright pink in the arena as a reference to the character who inspired the mod in the first place, now you can have an (Almost) Rainbow of them!
