- Fixed Self Revive message being show when getting incapped by some Special Infected. Now isn't showing anymore.

- Cvars added to change the Time and the Method to revive yourself.
- Hold "Duck" Button (CTRL) to revive yourself OR automatically. As you wish, by the Cvars.

[FIXES]:

- Fixed reviving bug of the same revive timer for all players.
- Fixed not reviving all players sometimes.
- Fixed not reviving automatically when you or someone was helping someone manually.
