This change contains a few things:
- I cleaned up the code for the empires (no effect on gameplay, but makes maintenance more easy).
- I translated the texts to the other supported languages using Google Translate.
- I gave each empire their own unique star system.
- I added some new map icons for some star systems.

Because you apparently can't have 'Random Trinary system II' multiple times, I turned all these random trinary, binary and unary systems into random systems, so you could have more of these empires in the same galaxy.

Added guaranteed spawning (with the sidenote that the behavior of empire spawn selection ensures that it is still possible that not all the guaranteed empires spawn).
