Fixed an error where Die didn't change owner when getting parried by the opponent
Added a failsafe for when the die goes above a certain point

Sends the die a bit further

sweetspot is easier to hit
sweetspot now works with die.

Removed the Fspec & Dspec cooldown when chucking down a die

Die stays in front of the hfx so you can see what number it is. (until explosion)

Made 2 frames faster (FAF 22 -> 20)

Noodle alt changed to reflect her new design.

Fixed Minor Animation mistake (endlag will look less silly now)

Added being able to see the die hurtbox
Starting Hsp 1.5 -> 0.5
Slightly made die hurtbox bigger
If Dice parries an opponent owned die she will take ownership back.
* Makes it much less clunky to hit
