- Extended the Provoke War action by enabling landless empire title claimants (eg Iron Throne claimants). Landless empire claimants are only eligible for this action if they are either brave, ambitious or has any of the education traits on level 4 or 5. They also can't be the child of the current king (other family members are eligible).

- Added other limitation to the Provoke War action: target characters can't be craven or content.

- Fixed a bug where characters could be instigated against their vassal.

- New Action added: you can now buy royal betrothal from the king
- Reveal Bastard ai chance decreased slightly
