@DiscoH0BBIT - I think it is possible. Never tried it, but in theory should be doable.
@Ranger - Problem is if I allow it for more characters, it will cause performance issues.
@Romwill - I'll try to look into it. It is also possible that the mod was not up to date, as recently I was busy so I couldn't update it in time.
@ahk528 - I think that is more of a base game question. This mod doesn't do such thing.

- Added more options to the "More Dragon Duels" game rule
It can be turned off in the game rules. I'll also look into the frequency.
- "Restriced Actions" - The scheme actions added by this mod (Reveal Bastard, Instigation, Buying Betrothal and Dynastic Claimant) will also require to have 20+ Intrigue for AI. This option improves the overall performance.
- "Destined Dragonseed" - When enabled, dragonseed characters can born very rarely if no dragons exist. It's a minor addition, but helps in case no more true dragonblood is alive.
- "More Dragon Duels" - When enabled, dragon duels will be much more frequent during wars. From time to time an event is fired for a dragonrider that gives the opportunity to ignore distance and immediately fly to the evenemy dragon and engage in a duel.

Wish there was an option in game rules to tone down the frequency.
Second question: is it possible to make a version/game option so these schemes are without a cooldown, but can fail? Like, the investigator's Intrigue is so low, they just fumble at the search and Learning is so abysmal, they fail to recognise familial traits the Disputed child lacks/has, and their Stewardship is such a joke, they can't estimate, when was the child conceived, and who was around?
