I think there is a bug because in my last game, the two times I used the Reveal Bastards action, the mother of the revealed bastard gained the trait "incestuous" even though the father of the bastard wasn't a family member.

The dragon duel thing is a little broken. If you have a Dance of Dragons, it can end immediately since a challenge can randomly happen. Maybe modify it so it just increases the chances in a battle where dragons appear on both sides.

@DiscoH0BBIT - I think it is possible. Never tried it, but in theory should be doable.
@Ranger - Problem is if I allow it for more characters, it will cause performance issues.
@Romwill - I'll try to look into it. It is also possible that the mod was not up to date, as recently I was busy so I couldn't update it in time.
@ahk528 - I think that is more of a base game question. This mod doesn't do such thing.

any way to negotiate alliance? like the double marriage between dorne and iron throne allowed dorne to be folded into 6 kingdoms 'became the 7 kingdoms' diplomatically instead of through conquest??!?!?!??!

Have you thought of making the schemes not have a 100% success rate and instead make them difficult but available to more people so that it happens more dynamically?

And I doubt dragon duels occur before armies start to move, because it is not possible to occur for 3 months after the war starts :P but some frequency tuning might help with that

Update: Yeah, it's this mod. Maybe I misread. I assumed it would be greater frequency in battle. Not randomly occur whenever. A Dance of Dragons can end in a heartbeat because of it. If possible, you should refine it so you can decide in the game rules if you want a dragon duel outside of battle or not. Or, toggle for the AI to be able to use it or not.

Does your "more dragon duels" happen even outside battles? I have dragons dropping left and right and no one has even started marching. If I press play and leave it alone dragons are getting killed in duels.

3 New Game Rules:

- "Restriced Actions" - The scheme actions added by this mod (Reveal Bastard, Instigation, Buying Betrothal and Dynastic Claimant) will also require to have 20+ Intrigue for AI. This option improves the overall performance.
- "Destined Dragonseed" - When enabled, dragonseed characters can born very rarely if no dragons exist. It's a minor addition, but helps in case no more true dragonblood is alive.
- "More Dragon Duels" - When enabled, dragon duels will be much more frequent during wars. From time to time an event is fired for a dragonrider that gives the opportunity to ignore distance and immediately fly to the evenemy dragon and engage in a duel.

Is there a game rule to choose which actions you want and don't? for example i really like the reveal bastard option, but the rest doesn't appeal much to me, and i'm afraid the AI using it too much might create issues

Great Mod. I have wanted something like this for the base game for years. As others have said the schemes are firing a bit to much. Is there anyway to make the schemes work similar to the murder plot where there is a chance to fail and have a parameter for the AI to take the scheme such as ambitious for the claim dynastic or arrogant and negative malus of the mother of the disputed heritage etc? The strong boys and joffrey get exposed every game for me instantly since they start with the trait. Another example might be the Vizzy I example where the dynasty head just ignores it when it is exposed. I am not sure how difficult that would be to do and am super grateful for this mod as it is since I really hated some bastard inheriting titles they shouldnt lmao

I agree that provoke war happens at bit too frequently, and I wish it had some relationship restrictions. Too often a best friend or a lover will declare a war for the kingdom on me.

As much as I love the idea behind this mod, I'm finding that the schemes run by the AI are launching... way too frequently. Barely ten years goes by without some lord paramount declaring war against the Iron Throne because of some count's scheming. That seems over the top. Also, the lord of lannisport attempts to overthrow Casterly Rock with about the same frequency.
Wish there was an option in game rules to tone down the frequency.

Either this or AGOT House Founders prevents starting events from firing but I am not exactly sure which one. It would be great if you could come up with a fix, as those mods add lots to the experience!

Question: if "Reveal Bastards" is used against a character, who has a twin, will that reveal both twins as bastards?
Second question: is it possible to make a version/game option so these schemes are without a cooldown, but can fail? Like, the investigator's Intrigue is so low, they just fumble at the search and Learning is so abysmal, they fail to recognise familial traits the Disputed child lacks/has, and their Stewardship is such a joke, they can't estimate, when was the child conceived, and who was around?

any way to stop the spam of Disputed Heritage events? it'd be great if i could at least make them NOT pause my game every time
