- Added "Announcement System" which plays an announcement sound to all headsets in range (150m) and sets their channel to 0 for immediate communication. Can only be bought.
(The channel doesn't visually change to channel 0 in the player's UI and will remain in channel 0 until the player sets it to a different channel manually)

- Added mechanic's power armor talent override to change it back to vanilla to allow crafting exosuits since the exoskeletons from Combat Overhaul Legacy are disabled for players in this modpack.
- Replaced "Advanced Headset" sprites with new ones created and contributed by Aspen
- Removed "Bot Battery".
- Removed "Disposable Battery".
- Removed battery requirement for headsets to improve performance for larger multiplayer crews, especially while docked to outposts with a lot of additional characters.
- Moved Stimpy related stuff from Hungry Europans into this mod as it is only intended for this campaign and was just unnecessary clutter in Hungry Europans.

- Added "Disposable Battery" which will just remove itself when dropped or broken.
- Added job overrides to make characters now spawn with disposable batteries in their headsets. Only effects vanilla jobs.
- Fixed locked batteries spawning in loot. They were intended to only temporarily spawn in empty headsets worn by bots.
- Removed all types of headsets from loot since there's currently a bug where looted headsets may not work for players.

- Removed "Bulker - Peshu" respawn shuttle. An improved version is now included in "Immersive Repairs".

- Added craftable logbooks.
- Added a new custom respawn shuttle "Bulker - Peshu" with pre-placed vent blades, air filter, welding equipment and also comes with reinforced hulls and internal defenses to actually have chance if you get attacked while in the shuttle. Should be able to dock to any custom submarine.
- Made bots automatically spawn a temporary battery inside their headsets to for example allow pirates to communicate and properly operate their submarine again. These batteries will automatically remove themselves if a player takes control of the bot.

- Added Barotraumatic afflictions and battery requirement to COL's tactical headset.
- Reduced Barotraumatic regular headset battery usage by half.
- Removed Barotraumatic low-pass filter from all headsets.
