Updated the Khan hero skills
Da sharpest Dagger only effects hobgoblins for +1 armour piercing

Added more two more skill lines to the Hobgoblin Khan (Hero) to match the Goblin Big Boss. Made a couple custom skills for this purpose.

Nerfed leadership of Ogre laborers* from 50 to 40
Added cruel roar to siege giant

Added in caps for lava trolls
Tier 2 Lava fields = unit cap increase of 2 for lava trolls
Tier 3 Monster pens = unit cap increase of 3 for lava trolls
Tier 4 Fire Enclave = unit cap increase of 4 for lava trolls

Removed unneeded tables.
