Release Notes v0.1.3

- Each type of Health Inspector charge is now displayed separately.
- Fixed a bug where the outdoor wheelie bin was registered as a Garbage charge.
- Changed how left out items are detected. Now ensures the following
- Item is not in a freezer / frozen prep station (Or similar)
- Item is not on a provider appliance.
- Item can be thrown out.
