- Fixed an issue with one of the triggers on the 'The Peru-Bolivian Confederation' journal entry that became obsolete with the removal of customs unions as a diplomatic pact, now it will check whether both countries are part of the same Power Bloc. Thank you @Polskers for pointing this out!
