Added the Volley Gun, a five barrel chaingun variant that fires all barrels at once and conventionally reloads them. Has roughly half the fire rate but does not need to spin up and the locked chambers increase velocity slightly.

slight nerf to autocannon fire rate, consumes more capacitor per shot. Intention is still however to make it efficent to run with discharge coils or coilguns etc which have a higher draw due to not having a chemical charge component.

Testing out a new impact fuse flak cannon shell, yeah its not directly EK but its in the spirit of the old impact/flak shells for the other guns.

Same cost as a concentrated ammo box, impact fuse with 10 standard flak and 3 directional heavy flak shrapnel pieces. +10 velocity. Does less overall damage than either basic box and requires a direct hit to detonate.
