- NPC Provider cleanups should not consider all valid despawn grids without thrusters as subgrids (it was leaving a lot of trash behind)
- added logging for NPC Provider automatic cleanups (just in case)

fixed a case of economy stations not selling items when NPC faction gets to much economy power (over 200)

- wreckages automatically disable medicals & survival kits when spawned
- dereliction disables medicals & survival kits
- both to prevent random players spawning on these grids as they are set to nobody

- clamp max speed to max map speed if not defined, that prevents ship from burning thursters when reaching maximum speed in specific direction
- NPC ships do not use dampeners when flying, therefore it should lead to thursters being fired less (especially when they just move from A -> B)

/npc prefabs command now lists abandoned, prefabs and dangerous prefabs as well
/npc spawn command can spawn wreckages, and other prefabs without Provider remote configuration

custom icon in the Faction definition will now work, there was a half assed system in the provider, but I removed it in favour of the new options coming from the recent update
