- Siege and ownership system can now handle maps with the same planet added multiple times
- Added planet blacklist to PlanetaryHoldings.cfg (blocks sieges and ownership, when planet generator id is added)
- /npc economy generate - command modified, so it respects PlanetaryHoldings and SpawnTriggers planetary blacklists (no economy stations assigned to planets which are blacklisted by the user)
- automatic PlanetaryHoldings clean-up modified to better handle planet additions and removals mid game
