8 Voxel Materials needing to be removed due to materials limit:
-BlueIce - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-AmberIce - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-Brine - Not contributing any rare resources, limited use in planets.
-AmmoniumHydroxide - Not contributing any rare resources, limited planet use, kinda unbalanced hydrogen source (144%).
-Sulfur - Too many major sources.
-Realgar - Major source of Sulfur, which has too many sources and a major source of Arsenic which can also be obtained from Stone.
-PurpleIce - Only found on Europa to make one component which has no uses.
-PinkIce - Only found on Europa to make one component which has no uses.

-Liquid Argon & Liquid Helium wasn't removed but has no uses.
-Assigned AmberIce texture to CHON since AmberIce was no longer being used.
-Molybdenum has been given Realgars unused textures.
-Mass of all Fuel Rods halved (reactors now consume twice as fast)

-Fixed Zone Chip Blueprint
-Added Datapad, Pistol & Ammo, Flare & Ammo, Basic Medical, Basic Power an Basic Survival Kit all to "Basic Tools" Category in Survival Kit.
-G Menu (All Blocks Tab) updated with all New DLC Blocks.
-"MedLab" blueprint class removed from Survival Kit.
-Added Blueprint values for Flare Gun & Ammo, All Hand-Held Weapons?
-MedLab Temperarly moved to Advanced Assembler
-Updated productions icons for survival kit
