* BuildShot - If BuildShot is equal to or bigger then 3 points, the opponent hitting BuildShot will destroy it.
* BuildChain is now completely invulnerable after the activation timing (Basically acting like a Teleport) also fixed cooldown
* Chaos Meter refreshes can now be done at 30 Chaos Meter or less
* **LOTWReplication:** is now iasa 20
* All current Cost 4 Gold Cards are now Cost 3
* You cannot Parry out of Connected Moon and Vice Versa
* Increased Hitbox Size of Event Horizon

* BuildShot, Melee hit has free cancel timing. Increased Speed gain upon being hit by RF

* **BuildShot:** Can now be sent out faster (Has just a little less speed then Ninja Shuriken at max). BuildShot is now parriable
* **CopyVaccume:** Increased Range hitbox size, Beats backdash

# Record Future Version 4.00:

**Main Goal**: Adjust RF's Mechanic's to make them slightly easier to read, as well as add a decay and timer for all of the Mix-ups he can do
Adjusting cards based off of Vanilla so they aren't strictly better then the original counterparts.

**Future Goal:**
Adjusting MoonGuard so it counts as a whiffed block when used.

# Adjustments:

* **Chaos Meter** has been altered to be more like a timer then a separate resource

* **Max Fall Speed** increased to 13

* **Charge Dash:** Is now Super Dash in neutral
* **Second Slash:** Force Speed Adjusted
* **Air Kick:** Hurtbox Adjusted
* **Hell Bullet:** Weakshot priority adjusted, Weakshot is now slower.
* **Skill Cards:** Both Skill cards are now Iasa 12 without Charge Cancel
* **Adjusted UPSweep** Adjusted UPSweep. Hitlag reduced to 12 from 17
* **Hell Impact (Flicker)** : Invuln now starts on Frame 6
* **Slash Phaser (Grounded)**: Is now frame 9. Has Hyper Armor from Frame 6 to 12. Innerbox Hitstun reduced to 25 from 40
* **Slash Phaser (Aerial)**: Damage Proration set to 3 for each hit. D.I modifier increased.
* **ROTW Strategy 2:** Hitbox has been adjusted
* **ALT_Foresight:** Is now projectile invuln for it's counter duration
* **CopyMissleForm:** Speed reduced
* **CopyImpale:** Frame 14. Only Guardbreaks in Moonstance, but becomes Block Punishable.
* **CopyClone:** Angles of shots have been adjusted
* **CopyFlamewave:** Reduced distance.
* **CopyVacumme:** Shrunk the ranged hitbox and added a particle that makes the hit more apparent.
* **Hell to Heaven:** Now has +1 Proration for each hit
* **Vainglory Sin:** Now despawns on block
* **Event Horizon:** Only usable in Moonstance. Hitstun Ticks increased to 22 from 12. Is now Free Cancelable

* **Build Chain:** Is now cost 0
* **Hell's Fall**: Invuln now starts on Frame 6
* **Set and Cultivate:** Is now Iasa 5 in combo.

* **LOTWReplication:** Is now only usable when your Chaos Meter is at 0, but you are no longer required to be near your opponent, refreshes Chaos Meter back to full.


* **AirMode:** Is now a Level 4 Super, Refreshes your Hand. Allows you to boost towards your opponent until the Chaos Drive runs out.

Record Future Version 3.15:

* **Slash Phaser(Ground):** No longer jumps when rushing forward. Block Stop has been removed (hopefully)
* **Throw:** Forward Throw is now completely invuln
* **Build Chain:** Is now projectile invuln upon being triggered.
* **LOTW Creation:** is now grab invuln

* **ROTW Strategy 2:** Hitbox extended, is now a Hit Grab. Pushback is now 0.7 from 1.0
* **Slash Phaser(Ground):** Can chose between standing still or rushing forward
* New! **Build Chain:** Level 1 Super, when opponent is close enough to Build Shot, automatically sends you directly to that location.
