HOTFIX: Gives Ophanim's Baron the Vampiric Curse trait

-Humans Fulfilling the Prophecy or Reforging the Seals against Ophanim will now also remove his radiant shield if it still exists
-Ophanim can no longer have agents Access Vault in the Dark Empire, vice versa for the Theocracy
-Fixed a bug where Minimum Panic would actually be higher when there was only one Elder God active
-Greatly increased the motivation of heroes to Reforge Seals and Fulfill Prophecies, for both Elder Gods
-You now receive a notice when one of Ophanim's agents starts to hunt yours
-Ophanim can recruit the Baron, his version of the Baroness
-Fixed a bug where the player could never start a plague

-When Ophanim looks to Crusade, he will first target nations neighbouring his Theocracy
-When Ophanim looks to Crusade, he will assign higher priority to the Alliance and the Dark Empire
-Fixed a bug where the old, base-game version of Ophanimic Faith could sneak in
-Improved The Trickster's AI; after placing Misleading Clues she will immediately do a Brutal Assassination there if she can
-Improved Ophanim's AI; his agents will prioritize using Warn the World on large nations. Making them aware surely won't backfire in any way.
-Ophanim's acolytes will more highly prioritize removing Doubt
-Humanity can now decide which god is more threatening and prioritize them accordingly
-Ophanim can new recruit the Plague Doctor
-Ophanim will no longer crash if he tries to Smite after She Who Will Feast is dead
-When She Who Will Feast is killed by a Smite, the game-over screen will correctly announce this
-Fixed a nullreference bug when Ophanim's agents decided how badly they want to create plague, or reduce immunity
-Ophanim's criteria for 'weak enough to conquer with a Crusade' is now a little weaker
