- 2nd Attempt to fix repeater beam animation glitch (This glitch never happend in debug so i will take a lot of patches to narrow down ths issue)

New additions to his highbeam stance

- [Highbeam] A geyser type ability that draws heat
- Repeater Beam returns!!
- Blind button and animation is broken anymore

- Quality of life additions
The move tells you how much heat it will generate or take away

Some moves have been reworked to prevent abuse
- Flare nerf (less damage and less agile)
- Shutterbeam range nerf and now has damage fall off and now generates heat
- Backkick and Bash aren't self interupptable anymore.
- Arc generates less heat
- Burn now generates heat
- Accumulate and Vent no longer loop and are less confusing to use overall

NEW PARTICLES (I stole it is kindof a place holder until I get better at making particle effects)
Most movres that generate Heat will spawn particles to indicate that they do so.

0.1.1 Knock-back update!

Some have had issues with his attacks have too much knock-back, Stating Backwards DI can easily kill his combo game. So I've reworked most of his melee attacks to increase his combo capability.
