12/27:
- Rework to Determine Personal Deity, which is now 'Honor Slavic Deity' for balance and historical reasons. Now costs gold and piety to raise an idol to a particular god, with the list of idols that Vladimir the Great is said to have raised in the primary chronicle.
- Modifier lasts for 10 years and cooldown is 5; so you can have two at once theoretically
- Adding new random flavor event (Volkhv antagonizes county)
- Fixed AI conversion decision showing up for players

Changed 'Determine Personal Deity' to 'Honor Slavic Deity' that costs some gold and piety. This is for balance reasons, as Slavic doesn't have the patron gods tenet. Instead, the decision is now about erecting an idol.

Rus invader will now properly pass wars on to heir.

- Fixed/restored Northern Lords events
- Added several new Rus flavor random events (Varangian passing through, foreign merchants, Remnants of the Khazars)
- Changes to improve AI invasion behavior; should be more likely to happen and with better war declaration decisions.
- Added 'Choose Personal Deity' event for Slavic rulers (thanks to owgrunt)
- Event for Byzantine Emperor if Orthodox Rus happens
- Added Muslim trade event for converting to Islam
- Rewrote a couple event

- Rus culture is now a hybrid of Norse and Ilmenian formed in 862.
- Rus culture now starts with the all-new tradition 'River Subjects' which allows them to construct river tradeports early and has some other bonuses
- Rus culture now begins with 'Longships' innovation
(the culture changes only appear with a new game)
