Ascension Patch 7he.Ch0s3n.3: targeting outlying chosen ones skills & improving overall functionality

ALL CHOSEN SKILLS (THAT DID DAMAGE): -2 base damage (i.e. bladestorm/dancing blades: 20 -> 18, etc), this change is to account for them always picking strong for effectively +2 base dmg which unintentionally scales really hard with their dmg mult
Moon lord: Halfmoon Slash & Crescent Cleave damage: 19/29 and 9/19 -> 9/29 and 6/12
Bladestorm/Line Drive/Dancing Blades/Gladiator: now locked behind Blademaster, which is a 5-point-cost passive boost to melee skills
Hurricane: locked behind Gladiator, is a powerful tornado-like melee ability, 5 SP
Hyper Drive: locked behind Hurricane, is a repeatable line drive with reduced capacity after each use, 6 SP
Curse of the pale rider: now locked behind Shadowcaster
Brothers of Calamity: now summons Cataclysm OR Catastrophe (Catastrophe now exists and Cataclysm isnt alone anymore, yay!) (also their models work correctly now)
Calamity's Chosen: locked behind Brothers of Calamity, grants a Cataclysm or Catastrophe of your choice +50% dmg, +5 def/res for 3 turns, once per combat, 3 SP cost
Hate is in the Heart: now locked behind Lich Lord
Worldweaver: locked behind Skybreaker, grants Dimensional Shift which grants +50 CP and +1 Spellcast, costs 2 SP
One with the void/lich lord: now locked behind Lunar Presence, SP cost changed to 2
Lunar Presence: No longer compatible with Ashen One, SP cost: 10 -> 8
Burning immunity effects: Now correctly say 'immunity to burning' rather than 'immunity to flames of the universe'
CHAMPION: Legendary Warrior: 50% -> 30% Dmg Mult
CHOSEN ONES: GLOBAL -50% XP modifier, this massively slows down their ability to rush people with heroes that have insane abilities that are intended for lategame (aka not earlygame rush) use.
Draconian Transformation, Naga Form, Angelize, Scion of Flame: tooltips fixed
