NAir:

Can now dstrong a bubble as soon as it's spawned

Bubbles:
- Bubbles now copy damage from the move that hit them relative to size
- Big bubbles copy the damage exactly
- Medium bubbles copy half the damage
- Small bubbles always deal 1 damage
- Bubble hits now decay in damage in swarms
- Each time a bubble hits an opponent in the same hitstun, it deals half it's damage (capped at 1)
- Bubbles now copy knockback from the move that hit them relative to size
- Big bubbles copy all knockback and scaling exactly
- Medium bubbles copy half knockback and half scaling
- Small bubbles do no knockback
- Bubbles now always end hitstun bursts with the highest knockback
- This behaviour was refined
- Guarantees knockback to be always identical to the move that hit the bubbles, or less in the case of medium bubbles
- No extra knockback is gained from hitting a move and bubble at the same time, but extra damage and hitpause is still awarded
- Bubble knockback now scales down with bubble distance travelled
- Bubble base knockback and scaling reduced down to 70% of it's starting value over 15 frames of lifetime
- Minor note: this effects footstools, with small bubble footstools now dealing 2 damage and big bubble footstools dealing 4 damage
- Big bubble explosion radius reduced 150->130
- Big bubble explosion hitbox increased back 130->140
- Bubble knockback scaling increased across the board
- Radius for hitting all bubbles increased by 10
- Footstool base knockback reduced 6->3
- Hitpause for hitting a large bubble increased 3->5
- Hitpause for hitting a medium bubble increased 2->3

Misc:
- Air friction increased 0.04->0.05
- Added more alts

Patch Release 1.2

NSpecial:
- Fixed a bug where the timing to transition to other forms of explosive specials was based on the FSpecial window length instead of the NSpecial window length
- leads to a slight nerf as it takes 4 frames longer to transition to other specials now

Bubbles:
- Bubbles effected by a hit lockout timer will not be able to merge
- Fixed a bug where jumping on a bubble near the stage floor caused it to clip into the floor
- Fixed a bug where hitting a bubble would sometimes prevent other attacks from hitting the same bubble

DSpecial:
- Added a one second cooldown

Misc:
- Added compatability with Amber
- Added two new alts

Runes:
- Added runes!
- Rune A: Passively spawn a small bubble every two seconds
- Rune B: USpecial spawns twice as many bubbles
- Rune C: Neutral special is much faster
- Rune D: Bubbles are drawn passively towards opponents
- Rune E: Neutral air draws in bubbles from a much larger range
- Rune F: Awatsu can jump off opponents, knocking them down
- Rune G: Bubbles have drastically reduced friction
- Rune H: All bubbles explode after a short time
- Rune I: Any explosion detonates all bubbles currently on stage
- Rune J: It only requires two bubbles of the same size to merge into a larger bubble
- Rune K: Bubbles split into two bubbles of a smaller size instead of being destroyed
- Rune L: All bubbles spawn one size larger if possible
- Rune M: All bubble explosions are one size larger if possible
- Rune N: Awatsu can tech off of medium or big bubbles, popping them
- Rune O: Hitting a medium or big bubble turns it explosive
