Version 2.0!
Completely reworked trait visibility.
- Visiblity to things that are close to you should be much less of an issue.
- BUT visbility now fades away the farther things are from you.
- Taking "Keen Hearing" and "Hard of Hearing" have a much more noticeable effect from this.

Reworked how echolocating works.
- Echo locating now lasts longer.
- Echo locating will now stay at max strength for most of it's time active, this is so you no longer have to spam whisper/yell to fully see things.
- Echo locate time is now the same for whispering and yelling, although you can see much more when yelling.
- Can no longer echolocate driving a car.

Added sandbox options for echo time and strength.
Added sandbox options to disable the zoom affecting visibility

BUG FIXES
Fixed being able to read books when using other languages.
Fixed some text(mostly sandbox) from not using translation text, leaving it to be the debug names.
Fixed fog making visibility ridiculously hard despite being blind (because now fog is part of how the trait works!)

Changed mod settings for Reading blind maps and reading with blind trait to use Sandbox settings instead.

Broke a bug to fix? You used to be able to read while blind with setting off, now you can only not read while blind with settings on. No bloody idea why it's doing this because its identical code wise to how world map code works.

Hopefully added working "Balance Traits" Support, it will appear in the menu as long as you have that mod installed

No other changes as they are still in development

Added/Fixed settings for optional "Moonside Mode",
Added optional settings for being able to read,
Added optional settings for not being able to read the world map (off by default)
NOTE: Later I am going to move the read map and world settings into sandbox options instead, but this works for now.

Possibly fixed issues with lingering lights from blind characters.
(moved the saved light data to player mod data instead of locally saved variable and added fix to remove light on death)

Fixed map being disabled.. oops
Also reduced interior visibility slightly (getchur Keen Hearing Ears ready!)
