-Lowered the stats, and hp gain etc to balance it more (still a very strong start)

-applied an harmony patch to get 5 max followers with proselytize for newfather (this is a temporary solution until i manage to script a new skill for newfathers)

-Adds Mech Pilot Start

-Modify Joppa to feature two mecha, only accessible with a millitary security card from the pilot start.

Updated player newfather sprites to look like a grand newfather.

Changed the Rogue Templar to brown as dark made most of the sprite invisible.(may change in the future when i find a solution because dark is cool).

Changed the color white and red to red and white for the regular player putus templar to fit more with the other templar
