--> [Updated] LSF Cargo Ships ::To be inline with the original mod

**I have kept derelects from the previous version of LSF, but they will be very rare compared to their live counter-parts making them a good capture for salvagers who don't want the direct danger of the ships fighting back, but be wary of other salvagers that may want to fight over them.

- Moving toward more frequent smaller ships, much less frequent large or industrial.
- Military ships are about the same.
--> [Removed] Rotors and spotlights from all ships. (Until they are completely fixed)
--> [Removed] The UC-Winry and the Communication Tower
