Description
This mod is out-dated and may or may not work as intended right now
I recommend you check out Exploration Enhancement Mod v.2.8
EEM is actively developed by a larger group of people (even yours truly has contributed!) and is far more fleshed out. I may come back to this some day, but my priorities have shifted right now.

What is Rogue Space Traffic?
It is a -complete- refit of MOAR, Endless, LSF Cargo Ships and more.
Ships that previously had no defenses, interior security, traps, and now OXYGEN... will have them.

The primary focus is to provide a more performance friendly environment for dedicated servers in their current state. As such, blocks will be turned off/removed as needed and ship speeds are all adjusted down. This is for vanilla ships as well.

The ship spawn rate is reduced to make them more rare and more likely to be fought over for their resources, so it's also ideal for PVP servers.

Specifically?
- Adds ships from MOAR, Endless, and LSF Cargo Ships, with many fixes and balancing changes to make them work nice together
- Adds designs from Keen's starter scenarios and a few created by the RST team
- Removes a few of the largest ships that offend lower end systems and that tax server processing/bandwidth
- Slows down the speeds of all cargo ships (again, for server processing and lag)
- Changes the global spawn event for ships to occur only once every 45-90 minutes
(lower overall clutter)

UPDATE 4/16/15
Most extensive changes yet, so many, I may not remember them all so I'll just list the main ones
We have combed over every design to get them where they need to be, should they need it

- All ships redesigned to include oxygen systems except 2 ( they were super small :P )
- New hanger doors and button systems to control them
- Added more turret security, ammo supplies, conveyor system lines to many ships
- Added more resources to cargo containers
- Added color variations to ship spawns of the same type (more to come later + more detail)
- Added a clean paint job to the Victus
- Changed turret targetting filters to be more effective on all ships
- Changed the "invader" status of certain ships to be more appropriate
- Increased turret targetting ranges on all ships, higher on military vessels
- Set "turret idle movement" to "off" on all turrets for extra performance
- Some ships now have Automatic LCD scripts on them
- Cleaned up outdated designs / touched up little things

- Fixed all spawn issues caused by updates/typos/whatnot
- Fixed some traps that weren't working properly
- Gave more time for some traps :)
- Fixed some uranium loadouts in reactors that were too low
- Mod is much more compatible with others now
Compatible with anything that does not modify vanilla cargo ships, otherwise, load order matters

I'll update the changelog as I remember more XD


The "RST Encounters" version is now redundant
Exploration ships are no longer being touched with this mod
Though I HIGHLY recommend Exploration Ship Blacklist to everyone
It will give you better control and save you a lot of headache (as well as server performance)


Instructions / Notes
If you use the Cargo Ships Fight Back script, then use "/setshipname -Invader" (without the quotes) to configure the mod to use all military aligned vessels. Using "/setshipname NPC" will set ALL cargo ships to be controlled by the "AI"

I recently made a Reddit post (https://redd.it/7zn4fr) about PvE in Space Engineers including your Cargo Ships mod, and I would like to publish a Spawn Chance Rebalance mod that 'patches' the spawn frequencies to align them with the current vanilla ranges. It will not include any of your assets, only a modified SpawnGroups (and GlobalEvents) file, but I wanted to check that you have no objections to me releasing such a 'patch' mod?

@superhappyalien Yes, but in the new update it'll be rebalanced and new ships introduced...I had plans to introduce scripts to control particular ships, but thats going to be pushed into another project I think. My free time is already spread pretty thin.

Untested honestly, I would expect it should still work though, I have a friend who told me they were using it a couple days ago.

As for the update, it's on hold for now as I work on my Operation Anvil scenario. I'm learning a lot of things in the process and will be able to come back to this with a fresh set of eyes.
