- tweaked small arms firing animation speeds

- decreased firing timeout on all MGs for AI
- decreased firing timeout on all rifles for AI
- decreased firing timeout on all smgs for AI
- removed timeout period in between shots for all semi auto rifle (will fire as fast as you can click now)

- reworked conquest bot spawns, and removed any squads that have over 7 soldiers (for optimization reason)
- scaled down ALL squads in conquest buy menu for all factions
- removed the enemy AI's ability to spawn in "first thing" on attack days, and now spawns in within 6-7 minutes (same as defending days)

Conquest is basically just like how Modern Conflict is now. Every 10 days, the enemy will have more flags and enemy units defending. The first 10 days should be a lot easier and less laggy now, especially for coop modes.

- fixed all mg stan weapon 1st person views

- reworked all enemy conquest spawn in days (you will now start conquest with basically just enemy infantry for the first few days, then will progressively over time see heavier enemy equipment entering the battlefield)
- adjusted spawn in rates for conquest enemy AI
