- did some major optimization in graphical settings, and should boost a lot of peoples FPS significantly

- long barreled AT/tank cannons got a significant increase in range
- increased AI burst multiplier (was at x0.8 now its x1.5)

- reworked armor "hardness" and "slope multiplier" (should be spot on now with tank armor, no more tiger 1 being penned by sherman)

- all "AT" cannons 85mm and above will now have 800m of range
- increased the range scale for damage drop off over distance to a maxium of 1k meters (was 600)

- removed HEAT round values from most guns (was causing a bug that would pull pen values from HEAT rounds and use this value for all ammo types)

Armor pen should be dialed in pretty good now, but still a WIP.
