-added "projectile" sonic cracking and/or "whizzing" sounds to the following,
--- "small" caliber (pistols/smgs)
--- 5mm small arms
--- 7mm small arms
--- 50cal
--- 20-40mm autocannons
--- rockets/atgms
--- 45- 57mm cannons
--- 75-100mm cannons
--- 105-600mm cannons

These sounds will be heard more so when you are being shot at. The cracking/whizzing sound is attached to the projectile itself.

- updated all small arms "close" sounds to arma reforger sounds (5.45/5.56/7.62/.50 caliber)
- added a 0.07 sec delay to all small arms distant sounds
- added a 0.1 sec delay to all auto cannon distant sounds
- added a 0.1 sec delay to all atgm distant sounds
- added a 0.25 sec delay to all large cannon distant sounds

New sounds are not directly pulled from Arma's game files, but recorded through the game.

- increased accuracy for 1st person mode when zooming to x20 (was x10, I left accuracy alone for hip firing)

- added realistic tank tracks to ground/mud/sand/snow
- added realistic wheel tracks to ground/mud/sand/snow

- implemented BM mod

- nerfed penetrating capability of small arms weaponry

This patch will fix the issue where certain small arms were penetrating tanks (m1 garand/bar/m1919a4/mg42)

- reworked conquest enemy spawn intervals and enemy spawn amount
- reworked conquest "soldier" CP amount (now, all soldiers count as 1 CP and officers are now -5 CP)
- reworked all conquest vehicle/emplacement CP values (these have been dramatically lowered)

This update may impact performance a bit in conquest. Lowering the CP values for all units will allow the enemy to spawn much more on the battlefield. If its TO dramatic of a performance hit, I can tweak the enemy AI spawn settings a bit.

- reworked enemy AI conquest research (enemy research is now based on modern conflict's. early days start with light equipment, and as the days progress, they get heavier and heavier)
- increased starting MP/CP value in conquest
- reworked "flag amount per day" in conquest (first 10 days will be 1 flag, then next 10 will be 2, next 10 3, ect..)
