Lake Diabolo Event picture now actually converted for the game

**arrow direction and start line on the previews should probably be unified, perhaps a dot (like the nfs maps) and a rotated general arrow like the one Highway Pursuit has rather than a crude painted start line and arrow
**Lake Diabolo's windows are odd since the ones that don't have a transparency layer have a backdrop that'd signalize there is some full transparency present in the game yet the background is also a one-color face making it useless, also the ones with partial transparency don't have specular (my fault)
**Lake Diabolo Alt5 (through the barn) probably too strong but the few vertices indicating a hill on that route more looked like a bug and were smoothed

Lake Diabolo
*some signs are missing due to being in odd locations, might want to replace them with subscenes
*random hay bales on the center of the map seemingly intentional
*rough driving experience in some places especially near the lake, needs some smoothing
*somewhat agressive inviswalls, might need an edit

LV Raceway + Canyon
*LV Raceway Rev has a warning sign construct added to a dangerous section, AI adjusted to drive it perfectly.
*LV Raceway Pit smoothed out (mostly), alot of unneccessary clutter objects removed, duplicate texture files (up to 8 duplicates) kept in "broken" seperate materials

*automatic route AI might be inadequite, especially with the iron pole hallways that can get out of hand easily
*NORW: 20 is not metal, should be reflective windows
