- Fixed a typo in Cutting Device

- When playing Dalekanium, if you already have Permanent Negate, instead gain Power. The value gained from Dalekanium is no longer boosted by Power when you already have Permanent Negate.
- Scream now reduces the Strength of ALL enemies, not just a random one.
- Reduced the damage of Annihilate by 2.
- Increased the damage of Cutting Device by 2 when not upgraded. When upgraded, instead of increasing damage, Cutting Device now draws 1 card.
- Disable now applies 1 additional weak when upgraded.
- Polycarbide Negates 5 more damage when not upgraded.
- Protective coating now costs 0 by default. When upgraded, Protective Coating now adds one more Power.
- Stun Ray is now Ethereal.
- Increased the damage of Destroy by 1.
- Fixed the description of Exterminate and Retreat to correctly display the Negate increase when upgraded in the deck and card library menus.
- Reduced the damage of Exterminate! EXTERMINATE! by 1 when upgraded.
- Reactive now converts double your remaining energy into temporary strength for the next turn by default. When upgraded, Reactivate now coverts triple your remaining energy into temporary strength for the next turn.
- Extrapolate Genetic Material now activates when attacking an enemy that is NOT attacking. Attack damage is no longer increased when this card is upgraded.

Fixed a display issue where Hired Mercenaries was displaying an incorrect damage value in its description.
Reduced the cost of Escape Casing from 4 to 3.
Fixed the card text of unupgraded Anti-Reflecting Light Waves.
Scream now draws 1 card when drawn.

Reduced the cost of Alert System from 2 to 1.
Primary Order now reduces the cost of all Extermination Cards as well as any attack cards.
Fixed Primary Order not working as intened when you have multiple stacks of the upgraded and non upgraded versions.
Added a new common attack, Exterminate And Miss, which costs 0 and does no damage but still triggers Extermination Effects and draws a card (and when upgraded adds an Exterminate And Miss to your draw pile).
Edited the wording of some cards/powers/relics.
Ensured all relics flashed correctly when their effects activate.
Ensured the extermination effect correctly starts from the gun stick for ALL Extermination Cards for all resolution settings.
Changed the wording of Negate effects to say that the damage is 'prevented' to follow the wording of the base game buffer power.
Added some new images to The Dalek's workshop page.

ADDED UNLOCKABLE CONTENT TO THE DALEK:
Tier 1: Surprise Extermination; Exchange Manipulator Arm; a new common power, Solar Collection Disc, which costs 1 and preserves up to 2 (3) energy per turn.
Tier 2: Transmat; a new uncommon skill, Establish Time Corridor, which costs 1 (0) and increases its own cost by 1 for the combat to return a card from your exhaust pile into your hand; and a new common power, Backup Power, which costs 1 (0) and increases the value of Negated damage by 2 (3) or Negates all damage of 2 (3) or less for the rest of combat if you do not already have permanent Negation.
Tier 3: Shouty Voice Box; Casing Maintenence; and a new uncommon relic, Anti-Virus, which heals you by 1 HP whenever you would have gained block while it is not your turn.
Tier 4: A new uncommon attack, Anticipation Of Extermination, which costs 2, retains and deals 3 (6) damage + 1 damage for each Extermination Card played while this card is in your hand; a new uncommon attack, Exterminate And Retreat, which costs 1, deals 6 (9) damage and Negates the next source of 25 (30) or less damage this turn; and a new rare power, Daleks Learn..., which costs 4, (is innate) and makes it so that energy cost changes from Extermination Effects are permanent for that combat.
Tier 5: A new uncommon skill, Deactivate, which costs 2, does (not) exhaust, reduces your strength by 2, ends your turn and makes you immune to all damage until your next turn; a new common skill, Initiate, which costs 0 and, if you have not already increased the value of Negated damage this combat, increases the value of Negated damage by 10 (12) but reduces the value of Negated damage by 5 (6) at the end of your turn and does not (does) exhaust; and a new uncommon power, Embrace Insanity, which costs 2 (1) and makes Negate Buffers stack.
