Up B no longer snaps to ledge. dash attack's hitboxes were altered to be more consistent.

Jab 3 has smear frames now. Back air has smear frames, adjusted hitboxes and knockback angle, and 2 additional frames of landing lag. Forward air has 2 additional frames of landing lag. Ftilt had the knockback angle of one of its hitboxes adjusted. Uptilt has more end lag. F strong has adjusted hitboxes. Landing animation has adjusted hurtboxes.

Made Side B's second hit only hit opponents in the air. Down B no longer bounces when you hit someone because something was making the move unpunishable on miss and I didn't want to deal with the headache of figuring it out. So yeah, now if you use Down B off stage you WILL die as Cider even if you hit the opponent. Sorry.

Side B's second hit will now only hit grounded opponents, meaning it will not pass through shield if the first hit is blocked. Actions for both hitboxes will also be ignored on block.

Up strong has decreased startup lag, increased knockback scaling, and increased end lag. Forward air, back air, and up air have increased knockback scaling. Neutral special now has an indicator for when he runs out of ammo.

Made down tilt less disjointed. Made up B's hitbox slightly wider. Made it so that grabbing ledge will eliminate the extra momentum from UP B, preventing him from launching to the top of the screen. Added a new taunt that happens if you are holding down before pressing the taunt button.
