Nightvision now can be leveled adding +1 to the radius of vision per level
physical attribute modifier mutations now scale off of willpower

Implemented chitin flesh Buffed winter fur to 5 hp at level 1, level scaling unchanged
Fixed exceptions, all defensive mutations are now exclusive with eachother
Fixed winter fur text coloration on cold resistance
