Raised cost of Sacred Drake Rituals by roughly 35 to 50% or so.
Added alternative mod which changes magic paths needed for the rituals, making them castable by mage-priests but with a lower primary path level as requirement.
This alternative is better for some nations, such as EA Tir na n'Og, but worse for others such as MA Caelum.
