Changes and Squashing Thems Bugs

Synthetic Overseer
- All activated effects tied to the Synthbrain artifact have been buffed and now last 10 years
- Synthbrain cost and activation cooldown have both been doubled.
- Axed KO.32 event and merged into KO.34.
- Leader pool now properly gains traits at game start.
- Imperial/Dictorial rulers and heirs now gain a unique version of the AI companion and Synthetic companion traits tied to the origin. This also fixes the issue where rulers of these authorities were not gaining this trait.
- Speaking of those traits, reworked how the mod handles them. It is now mostly done through special effects rather than events alone. Significantly cleaner, should have less of an impact on stability, and should shrink file size in theory.
- Fixed governor trait removing and readding the AI companion trait after saying yes to the synthbrain's final request.
- Starting event that gives traits no longer spams until all leaders have the trait. This was fine at game start but in some cases, such as the previous change, it would continue to spam through the whole game.

Nanite Regeneration
- Removed duplicate code
- Starting event that grants the Nanite Regeneration trait now delayed by a day. This fixes your starter leaders from not getting the trait.

Terraforming Pioneers
- Changed some synthbrain event ids that overlapped with this origin's event ids. Some broken events should now be restored.

Misc
- Removed text document of unsused code.

- Added a much needed trigger for an on_action event that gives a relic upon country destroyed. This is meant for the crisis I am working on tied to the Synthetic Overseer origin. I am so sorry if this screwed up anyone's saves!

[NEW] Synthetic Overseer Origin
-All leaders start with the AI Companion Trait.
- Start with the Synth Brain artifact, an advanced relic that provides substantial, scaling research. Activate it periodically to choose powerful temporary benefits for your empire!
- This origin is still in testing and has the chance of spawning a mid-game crisis. Warning; Potentially Buggy.

Fixes
- Shroud Touched can no longer be chosen if you have a machine portrait.
- Natural Geneticists can no longer be chosen if you have a machine portrait.
- Natural Geneticists can no longer be chosen with the civic Natural Design.

Secluded Paradise Additional Changes
- Capital now guaranteed to be a size 25 world.
- Now properly spawns with sprawling slums and industrial wasteland blockers.
- No longer spawns with a random additional unemployed ruler pop. Not sure why this was happening but the game now kills him before the game starts.

Updated to version 3.14!

Big update, some nerfs, some buffs, some entire reworks! Let's get into it!

Civics
Agricultural Protocols
- Agri Drones now grant +1 amenities and +2.5% monthly pop assembly speed.
- AI weight adjusted, remains 0 in all other cases other than Machine Servitors and Catalytic Processing, which both raises to +1.5.
- The idea is that the machine empire automatically produces more cultivating drones as its farms grow in size.

Swords to Sanctuaries
- All malices tied to the civic have been dropped to 5%.

Intrusion Protocols
- Reworked due to the existence of Spyware Directives. Reworked to be unique for this reason.
- Renamed to Firewall Protocols
- Now grants +1 Codebreaking, +2 Encryption, +1 Defense Against Hostile Operations, +20% Infiltration Required for Hostile Operations, +1 Governor

Absolute Control
- Royal Guard job weight should now be working properly, added additional weight if planet stability is less than 30.
- Imperial Garrison now costs 100 motes to upgrade to Royal Garrison
- Royal Garrison now costs +1 motes to upkeep.

Mutagenic Assimilators
- My custom assimilation living standard is now in breach of the Greater Good Universal Prosperity Mandate.

NEW Corporate Excavators Civic
- Added by request.
- Available to Megacorps
- Miners produce +2 trade value and every 4 mining districts grants a building slot.
- Access to Chairman of Mines, copied straight from Mining Guilds.

Origins
Secluded Paradise
- Moon is no longer a gaia world.
- Capital planet is guaranteed to be size 20.
- Old solar system now randomizes and rerolls all planets in the system. Naming issue has been fixed, so no duplicates between your capital and the old system.
- Old solar system remains surveyed and with a ghost sector, not sure how to handle this yet. I may rework the entire thing a second time.

Codominant Evolution
- Can no longer be chosen if you have a machine portrait. The support is not yet there for this origin to have this as a feature.

Misc Changes
Localization Changes
- Made minor changes to localization to clarify the effects of some of the civics.

Code
- Removed cut content from this mod, including asteroid miners (Paradox beat me to it) and the Planetary Ascension rework. I plan on attaching a whole story around this but due to limited time to work on development, it's in limbo.
- GFX for asteroid miners left in in case I return to it.

Overrides
- Added wooden planet modifier as per Paradox's Code. This is causing an error in my editor though it matches what is written so I'm not sure if this error appears in game.

- This mod now overrides Agricultural Drones, Miners, and Mining Districts.

THE EXTERMINATION COALITION NERF YOU MAY NOT HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!

- This update is a test of balance. ALL members of the extermination coalition federation no longer gain the modifiers from the Determined Exterminators civic.

- AI weight has been risen BACK to 5.

- Minor localization changes.
