One More Change!
- Terraforming Pioneers no longer spawns with neighboring preferred planet classes.

Terraforming Pioneers Update!
- Added partial support for Planetary Diversity. Currently, the second colony still spawns as a random planet class (but fits in habitability). The colony now spawns with proper deposits though, a patch MAY be required to fix this completely.

- Second colony now spawns with one less pop but includes a Sprawling Slum blocker just like your capital (Or buried lithoids for lithoid empires).

- Added a new blocker to the colony called "Primitive Terraforming Equipment" which adds the following negatives:
- 10% habitability
- 5 districts
Can be cleared for 720 energy.

- Added the small Legacy of the Pioneers event chain. The colonists will get annoyed and offer to clear the blocker themselves. If you say you'll take care of it but never do, disaster will eventually strike. Goodies if you let them clear it or clear it yourself.

OFFICIALLY IN BETA for version 3.12

- Updated a ton of code to be in-line with 3.12. The transition into the Machine Age DLC changed a ton of code so hopefully it should be in proper working order now! If you find any bugs or glitches with my mod, please be sure to let me know asap so I can fix it!

- Completely removed the Human Citizen Coalition for the time being until I can figure out why they were spawning EVERY TIME.

ROYAL GUARD JOB
- Now properly gains pop happiness reductions from the legendary Harsh Ruler trait
- Now gains unity from the Judgment Corps tradition
- Now has proper upkeep while the anticrime campaign decision is active
- Now works properly with the integrated weaponry trait
- Now works properly with cyber governance

- Made Asteroid Miners unplayable (Didn't mean to release it, it's a WIP).

- Added 5 new councilor positions to go along with my civics.

Added "human_1" flag to my prescripted humans. This SHOULD stop sol from spawning twice while using my mod.

Mutagenic Assimilators
- Second species should now properly start with the correct habitability depending on your origin. (Life-seeded gets gaia preference, Post-Apocalyptic gets tomb, etc.)

Secluded Paradise
- No longer starts with any blockers. This is a temporary solution until I can figure out where the spawning of starting blockers is handled.

Absolute Control
- Now properly works with Oppressive Autocracy
