1.1 Release for KrNR/KxNR Patch Mar 30, 2024

- Separate and clean up all doctrine files into KR's (or in this case, KrNR/KxNR's) and KRTX's own section for easier maintenance.
- Update script_enums and countrytechtreeview.gui to accounted for the expanded air and electronics tree down to 1960.

- Port over AI weight rebalance for naval researches from KrNR/KxNR.
- New Naval Doctrine research tree from KrNR/KxNR, now with KRTX's expanded section.
- Ship Hull renames to better fit the Naval Rework lore, based on Steam Workshop suggestions, as well as the original Naval Rework proposal for both KRDH and KR4 teams as drafted by Strategia and other tech rework team members.
