"Quick"-Fix
- added an option to disable fixes when loading a save game.
- fixed the logic triggering the load up fixes; it was constantly triggering when one had the "Don't change calibers" options active - sorry for that!
- changed the load up fix logic, to currently just fix loaded ammo in weapons; so that i don't mess with mods changing equipment on the fly.

Further bug fixes.
- fixed 408_ChayTay_empty icon missing - again a spelling error
- fixed spelling of .30-60 to the right .30-06 caliber
- fixed name of the .380ACP Caliber - was wrongly 9x18mm
- fixed name of the 4.6x30mm Caliber - was wrongly 9x18mm
- fixed recipe for 22mm HE Grenade existing twice for WP, but not for NATO variant. Somehow mixed up the result in the NATO recipe.
- fixed a bug with drop_chances (namely not attaching those), so now spawns should function. Kudos to max_da_killah and Thalir reporting the problem.
- fixed a bug i introduced with the GC Milita compatibility; which stopped the removal of old inventories in general...
- added a check to the sector inventory fix, as it didn't work when loading up a game in tactical mode. If loading a save file on in tactical view it should fix inventories the next time one switches to satellite view.

Small bugfixes now.

-- Hopefully fixed a bug that might have lead to removal of diamond briefacases and weapon shipments on existing enemy groups on the maps, if callibers were changed.
-- added option to disable caliber switch -> Please note, i'm not fixing save files whereas calibers were already changed. So please enable the option (default is off!) and restart the game before you load a save or start a new campaign. Likely to be improved in the future, to make it more user friendly.
-- Fixed the "_empty" icon naming for the 5.7 caliber.
-- Fixed spelling for the 7.62x56mmR
-- Fixed the Name of the .303 British Caliber - was falsely named .308Win

Please let me now if you find any other wierd naming issues or false images.

-- After getting the wish for 22mm Rifle Grenades and the suggestion of doing WarsawPact + NATO, we've now got 22mm Rifle Grenades for NATO and WP. Kudos to Rato for the WP icons, as i got the base image from the legend himself!
-- Please note with the 22mm ammo, i'll likely still need to code the real cleanup code and inventory cleaning for these to be fully supported.
-- removed some print commands i oversaw in the last upload.

-- Added a check when loading a game if one is currently running GC Militia and if it's a militia unit. If so, it shouldn't change the full inventory of the unit, but rather just change loaded firearms.
