Fixed an issue in this mission caused by the recent update to the game.

Version 2:
- Fixed an issue when using the "Transport Units" option from Outpost to outpost, would cause the mission to fail

- Changed how the defeat happens:
Before: The Mercenary Captain is killed
Now: If all units are lost (Meaning you have 0 deployed regaurdless if you have active Radio Stations)
