Updated AI strategy. AI should now try to import Syndicate goods which will help increasing trade route levels.
Cola nuts, hemp, herbs, Virginia tobacco and juniper berries can not be harvested in all states anymore.
Cola nuts: Africa
Hemp: Europe, Russia
Herbs: South Europe, China
Juniper Berries: Middle East
Virginia Tobacco: America

Privatization should now work.

Update for 1.8.6
Removed the custom pop types (ceo, scum, gangster), since it didn't work out with the new systems anymore.
Adjusted the input and output of most buildings.
Removed black markets and trade goods, because it did not make sence anymore, since you can now build in foreign countries.

Added new pictures for the companies.
Changed prosperity modifier for companies.
Added some code for a new feature I'm working on, but it's not finished yet. I was too lazy to remove it.
