QoL additions, gameplay optimization update
**Upcoming addon**
- NT Hyperbaric, an addon for in-depth diving and diver disease additions. Link access for beta testing when it will be ready, my focus will be mostly dedicated to this mod until it’s publicly released

**Content**:

**Gameplay**:
- Changed logic to not drop held in hand items from spinal cord injury. Changed the affliction to give mild immunity to pain similar to drunkness instead of extreme analgesia
- Changed logic so that being a nugget disables your movement
- Changed logic so that limb replacement surgery is uniform by Nebual
- Removed crawling voluntarily
- Changed logic for organ transplants so that they can be replaced without requiring removal, the clue is to put the organ after receiving <organ> removed affliction, swapping them around if the organ is not destroyed. Suture before replacing the organ to harvest them instead. Suggested by Per1ch
- Changed opiate and alcohol addictions to not cause a health debuff
**Miscellaneous**:
- Changed outpost NPC consent option to be disabled by default. This update will reset your previous config value, so you must check it again if it was enabled before the update
- Changed the look of configuration menu to enhance its visual quality by Lukako
- Changed mod files lossless to cut 30% of the mod size (audio bitrate and image codec changes, moved away the unused assets to a separate folder in git repository)
**Fixed**:
- Experiencing Lualess (the affliction) on particular players in a session
- Issues with AutoPulse application through Health UI
- Pets not eating organs and limbs

- Added proper Turkish localisation by Ponas Noir Rakan

Large optimization update
Performance improved prior to fork versions of the mod, which is about 50%* performance increase.
Also removed the faulty code that was reducing performance up to 600%*

Removed
- Limb penalty immunity on painless
- Collider fix when crawling
- Talents for unconsciousness (example: Emergency Response) fix

Fixed
- Damage consequenses not being affected by limbs with added damage resistance (example: Mudraptor Genes)

Affliction update
Optimizations
- Improved performance for gel ice packs updates
- Refactored some logic in human updates which may add miscellaneous performance improvements (not confirmed)

Additions
- Regeneration has damage threshold limits and it applies to bandage and gel ice pack's healing effects
- Tweezer has a randomised treatment strength window and makes tweezing operations faster
- Many more items give medical skill experience and rebalanced the amount of the experience gained
- Internal bleeding treatment with gel ice pack and changed usage requirement to 40 medical skill
- Analgesia effects give stun resistance and halved damage resistance of previous amount. Enough analgesia strength gives immunity to damaged limb penalties such as aiming and moving
- Reduced chromatic aberration visual effect from analgesia significantly
- Halved the calcium output from deconstructing limbs
- Recipes with fpga returns copper on deconstruction
- All tools and containers recipes moved from medical fabricator to regular fabricator. Spinal and osteosynthesis implants moved to medical fabricator and they deconstruct into nothing

Fixes
- Modded batteries couldn't be used from "firing" health scanner
- Monsters not dying from oxygen low
- Talents with unconsciousness triggers (example = Emergency Responce didn't work on unconscious crew with more than 0 vitality)
- Burns had decreased vitality decrease compared to vanilla which is unintended
- Improved the multiscalpel description for more concise explaination of its abilities
- Artificial ventilation couldn't prevent acidosis from hypoventilation
- Reduced abnormal amounts of ointment in shop stocks
- Damaged sprites couldn't be displayed
- Being able to breathe or beat the heart on ~1 humanupdate time interval that allowed hot swapping lungs and the heart
- Translation fix for bonedamage and bonedeath for RU localization
