- Changed failed bone drilling results in burns instead of bleeding by @Per1ch

- Fixed item treatments not affecting modded "burn" or "bleeding" afflictions

Fall damage calculation overhaul update
- Additionally limited the final fall damage to 200 per limb
- Made the affliction resistances apply to fall damage
- Fixed an error happening when attacking things, caused by certain mods (Ydrec)
