- fixed an issue with fall damaging a human when it is furiously dragged by someone allowing to kill/injure that human. Still need a fireman's carry animation.

- fixed an issue with adrenaline and tonic liquid where you get massive organ damage from adrenaline or the sprite of tonic liquid was too big and it couldn't be drinked with secondary use
- fixed an issue where other animations get prioritised instead of prone animation

- wheelchair animations (courtesy of Haz)
- very slow swimming speed without legs. Same with when wearing wheelchair. Use a scooter.
This marks the last new addition to happen before another feature update

Blood in the Water feature update
- Mirrored vanilla medical system changes: beware of new opiate debuff values, recipe changes, antibiotic glue (now also treats infected wounds) and ointment number of uses/stacks and adrenaline not resurrecting from critical state
- Adjusted NT's antiseptic item strengths
- No more stun on locked legs and new prone animation (courtesy of Ydrec). If its too slow use adrenaline, will somewhat help with speed(specially with one arm). Also climbing ladders is a bit jank, hold for a second to start climbing
- Made AutoPulse and Stasis bag apply in the health UI, automatically equipping them on the other person. Optionally, use wrench as treatment the same way to take off AutoPulse, Stasis bag, Body bag (not appliable) and put it in your inventory
- Stealing and killing neutral NPCs without punishment is in the past. Now using certain medical items will authorize the security NPCs to use lethal force on the suspect. Plan ahead! This is a tweaked and configured copy of Consent Required Extended
